This is my favorite treat on St. Patrick's Day, but it makes a delicious after dinner dessert drink, for every occasion!
Ingredients:
2 oz. strong cold-brew coffee
2 oz. stout (I prefer Guinness)
1½ oz. Irish whiskey
¾ oz. simple syrup
1/2 ounce heavy cream
Freshly grated cinnamon stick
2. Add ice to fill.
3. Gently pour in cream so it gradually sinks into coffee
4. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
