What do people do with all the extra time they save by writing "K" instead of "Okay"?

When you say "I seen," I assume (and I know that often to "assume" ends up making an "ass" of "u" and "me," but I feel pretty safe on this one) you won't finish that sentence with the inside of a book." I see. I saw. I have seen. ;-)
