You've Always Had The Power

Dorothy: "Oh, will you help me? Can you help me?"
Glinda, the Good Witch: "You don’t need to be helped any longer. You’ve always had the power to go back to Kansas."
Dorothy: "I have?"
Scarecrow: "Then why didn’t you tell her before?"
Glinda, the Good Witch: "Because she wouldn’t have believed me. She had to learn it for herself."

It was in that moment that Dorothy discovers she wasn’t asking the right person or even the right question.  The question was not, "How do I get what I want?" The question she needed to ask was "How do I recognize what I already have and how do I utilize it to my advantage?" The answers to so many of life's questions can be found only in ourselves...
