Stuffed Cabbage

Want a tasty meal in a quick minute? These are so easy to make and the family simply adores them!


2 heads green cabbage
3lbs ground turkey (or beef)
3 cups cooked brown rice
2 eggs
salt and pepper (to taste)
1 large can Tomato soup (low sodium)


1. Core cabbage and put in big pot of water and boil, removing ea. leaf as it is cooked.
mix cooled rice with meat, eggs, salt and pepper.

2. After the cabbage has cooled, slice off a thick chunk and stuff with handful of the meat/rice mix and roll up, folding the sides (like a burrito).
3. Bake in 170 oven for 30 minutes uncovered.

4. Add soup with 1/2 can water and pour over,cover and bake another 45 minutes.

5. Serve.
